The conference registration fee includes admission to all conference sessions, coffee break refreshments, lunches, the Banquet, and a copy of the Conference Abstract; Each registration covers only one author who attends the conference; For attendance: one-day registration (25 USD = 640.000 VND/day) is registered and paid at the conference. Extra pages: 10 USD/page (250.000 VND/page) from 9th page (full paper within 8 pages but should not exceed 10 pages) In case the author after the registration due to some reason wants to cancel the registration, In such cases, the conference will be able to refund only 50% of the fees only. The last date for the registration cancellation request submission is 1st April 2025. After the conference, no fees refund for any cases.
