Early registration rates apply on or before 15 February 2027; late rates apply until registration closes on 15 March 2027. Each registration covers one author attending the conference.

The fee includes
- Access to all online scientific sessions
- A copy of the Conference Abstract
- A Certificate of Attendance
Terms and conditions
- Each registration covers one author only.
- For attendance only, one-day registration is 25 USD (662.500 VND) per day, arranged in advance with the organising secretariat.
- Extra pages cost 10 USD per page (265.000 VND per page) from the 9th page onwards. A full paper should be within 8 pages and must not exceed 10 pages.
- A similarity level of up to 15% is acceptable.
- Accepted papers must be presented online at the conference to be included in the proceedings.
Cancellation policy
If an author wishes to cancel their registration after paying, the conference is able to refund only 50% of the fees. The last date for submitting a cancellation request is 1 April 2027. After the conference, no fees are refunded under any circumstances.
